Sunflower meal, oil < 5%, type unspecified

Byproduct of oil manufacture obtained by extraction of sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus L.). This product was deoiled, usually by mechanical pressure followed by solvent extraction. The level of dehulling is not specified but most of the samples correspond to non-dehulled oil meals.
