Byproduct of oil manufacture obtained by extraction of soybean seeds (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) and partial reintroduction of soybean hulls. This product was deoiled, usually by mechanical pressure followed by solvent extraction. Commercial guarantee is for minimum protein + oil content.
